Wedding Packages at Ballara Receptions

We have tailored our wedding packages to accommodate every couple’s individual requirements. Our packages are full inclusive so that you can avoid any unxpected extras. We provide sit down, feasting, grazing-cocktail packages as well as high tea.

Sit down

Canapes & drinks will keep your guests busy while you complete your photographs.  You can choose from a three course sit down meal served on an alternating 50/50 basis or a shared feasting style menu starting with antipasto platters, shared mains and dessert sharing platter.

Grazing-cocktail

Boasting a more casual style of service where your guests can mingle with a combination of lounges, bar tables and seating at tables.  Guests are able to enjoy our fabulous grazing table followed by delicious roaming canapes and finish with a delectable dessert buffet/grazing station.  Concluding with tea, coffee and wedding cake.

We have a large menus taking influences from cuisines around the world to ensure each couple can put together the menu that suits them and their guests the best. An inclusive alcoholic drinks package of beer, wine and soft drinks is also part of the price per person.
We will set up the reception room to your required configuration – with different sized tables to help accommodate your guest numbers. Drop off your place cards, bonbonnieres etc to us and we will set this up for you on your special day.

Estate Package

Provides you with all the normal inclusions and the opportunity to select any extras which are important to you. We can either help you with this, or you can source your own preferred suppliers.

Prestige Package

Includes everything that the Estate Package does, with the added benefit of including the floral centerpieces, ceremony on-site, mesh backdrop with choice of neons, welcome sign, food upgrades and many other inclusions that you would normally organise yourself. Great value for everyone but fantastic for time-poor couples or those not sure where to start.

Mid Year Package

We have created a special Mid-Year wedding package for the months of June, July & August which provides a price friendly alternative.
