Ballara’s packages include exclusive use of the entire estate for the duration of your ceremony & reception. Our dedicated team of professionals will guide you from your first enquiry to the end of your special day, including a function manager & a personal concierge to ensure everything runs according to plan.
- Five or five-and-a-half-hour package based on time of year
- Chef ’s selection of canapés on the verandah & foyer
- Freshly baked bread roll with butter
- Three-course gourmet meal with two choices per course served alternating/ feasting style/cocktail
- A choice of the two selections in all three courses is given to the main table, & the parents
- Table service beverage package for the entire duration of your reception
- Cake cut with cake bags & served with teas & freshly brewed coffee
- Main table with skirting, central white fresh floral arrangement, vases for bouquets, & your choice of table ends
- White table linen & napkins, table numbers & napkin rings
- A selection of centre-pieces for the guest tables
- A private wedding suite is available from one hour before the ceremony & through the reception

- Choice of three wishing wells for guest cards
