Ballara’s packages include exclusive use of the entire estate for the duration of your ceremony & reception. Our dedicated team of professionals will guide you from your first enquiry to the end of your special day, including a function manager & a personal concierge to ensure everything runs according to plan.
- Five or five-and-a-half-hour package based on time of year
- Ceremony in chapel or gardens – included in the package at no extra charge
- Chef ’s selection of canapés on the veranda & foyer
- Champagne cocktails or mocktails for pre-dinner drinks
- Freshly baked bread roll with butter
- Three-course gourmet meal with two choices per course served alternating/ feasting style/cocktail
- A choice of the two selections in all three courses is given to the main table, & the parents
- Upgrade to chef’s entrée tasting plate
- Upgrade to chef’s dessert tasting plate or sharing platters
- Table service beverage package for the entire duration of your reception
