Our estate sits amongst pristine English gardens at the foothills of the Yarra Valley in Melbourne, and all of this can be exclusively yours with a magnificent garden wedding venue at Ballara Receptions. Share your special day with friends and family in our Lakeside Garden. A tranquil spot for couples to share their love, our lakeside garden is truly a wonderful spot for ceremonies and also the perfect location for photo opportunities.
An intimate spot with seating for 30 guests with aisle decorations and standing room for a further 30 guests.Our team will greet your guests and direct them to the ceremony location and set up personalised items such as welcome boards, program booklets and more. Sound system and microphone to be provided by your officiant
After the ceremony, you have the entire estate at your feet, and with it, the opportunity for some magical wedding photography. From our lakeside swing and gazebo to the rustic decked stone courtyard, we have everything you need for magical shots right here.
Having your reception at Ballara automatically enables you to have your ceremony here too.
Alternatively, if your reception is elsewhere, Ballara is available to hire for a two-hour period.
