Our Melbourne Wedding Courtyard

Ballara is nestled in a beautiful English inspired garden, which makes the courtyard a gorgeous place for you and your partner to say “I Do”. This spot is more private and intimate while still holding 60 white timber chairs and standing room for a further 100 guests.

Your function manager will meet and greet your guests and direct them to this spot while also being able to hand out program booklets or organise any other personalised items you have. A red carpet aisle, floral arrangements and aisle decorations are provided for you along with a cordless microphone and sound system for your ceremony music.

Next comes the wedding photography; and with it, another very good reason why Ballara makes the perfect garden wedding venue. This carefully planned estate features a treasure-trove of features that are ideal as backdrops for photos, from our waterfall, giant rustic LOVE letters, to the jetty extending over the lake.

If your reception is elsewhere, Ballara is available to hire for a two-hour period.
