Hire Items
We have a range of hire items that we can source for your wedding day, which you can organise with Ballara at your Final Arrangements Appointment.
Ballara will book your selected items and organise the setup and pack down.
You pay for the items as part of your final invoice with Ballara, and there are no delivery fees.
Photobooth
The package includes
- Photobooth with a high-resolution Canon camera, studio lighting and white backdrop
- Your choice of photo strip design
- Images exported in three formats: a GIF, individual images and strip
- A QR code for guests to scan and share instantly
- A range of props for guests to use
What you will need to bring
- Guest book – adding a touch of personalisation by selecting your colour to match your theme etc
- Pens – whatever colours & styles etc, you would like your guests to use
- Glue stick, double-sided tape or whatever you would like to use to secure your images into your book

- You don’t have the additional costs for travel distances, delivery, set up and pack down

- No additional deposit is required now. Let us know at the Final Arrangements appointment, and it will be added to your final invoice
The Little Ballara Cart
It is included as a front bar on the veranda to serve pre-dinner drinks if you have 101 or more guests, along with the standard bar in the foyer.
If you have 100 or fewer guests, you can add the drinks cart to serve pre-dinner drinks for $250.
The cost covers set up & staff service for the pre-dinner drinks & canape period.
The standard beverage package is served at this time.
Ceremony gazebo flowers and draping
Enhance your ceremony with our artificial white flower and greenery garland for only $150.
For an extra touch of elegance, add sheer white fabric draping on the front sides for $200.
Create the perfect ambiance for your special day with these customisable options.
Lawn games
After your ceremony, keep the fun going with a variety of lawn games!
Our range includes Giant Jenga, Naughts & Crosses, Quoits, Corn Holes, and Dominos, all available for just $150.

Welcome Signage
Our welcome signs are hung from contemporary and elegant frames that will catch the eye of anyone guest.
There are two sign options to choose from below — $100

Mesh circle and neon signs
The plain mesh wall is available in white, which you can hire on its own, or include one of our neon signs available in two different phrases.
The mesh wall is $175 and an additional $190 for your choice of neon sign.
You can choose to include white and green artificial flowers, as shown in the display, or organise for your own fresh flowers to be set up by your own florist on the wedding day.
Please note that we only have one mesh wall available.
