Real Wedding – Hayley & Steve’s Pet Lovers Wedding Ceremony

Hayley and Steve love their fur babies, so they decided on a Pet Lovers Wedding Ceremony at Ballara Receptions.

While a pet lover’s wedding ceremony isn’t for everyone (we all know what animals can be like), at Ballara, we believe in helping our couples have the best day they can imagine.

For Hayley and Steve’s pet lover’s wedding ceremony, including the furriest member of their family came without question – the gorgeous border collie Eevie. Capturing the happiest day of their lives also meant cute and memorable photos thanks to A Touch of Flash Photography, that they will forever treasure.

Beside the lake and nestled under the canopy of our gazebo Hayley and Steve swapped their “I Do’s” in a beautiful and heartfelt ceremony full of love and laughter, led by celebrant Christine Pedley at Soulful Ceremonies. Eevie the border collie supervised the ceremony.

Despite their furry friend in attendance, it was Hayley who stole the show in a dress from Fairytales Bridal Boutique, that was just made for her. Elegant but in no way overstated and matched perfectly with a mix of flowers in shades of white and red thanks to Rainflorist, she was a natural beauty for her big day. Hair and makeup by Hannah Hocking Makeup Artistry completed Hayley’s look.

The bridesmaids were stunning in dresses from Shein. Steve looked fantastic in his suit from M.J. Bale, while his groomsmen were dressed by Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal.

Wonderful classic style…

A taste for classic cars meant Hayley and Steve also got to ride in some cool wheels, adding to the laidback nature of their wedding. A flair for fun is something this couple definitely share and was evident in the way they planned their day. They were more than happy to joke around with our popular LOVE letters, but also showed their true love for each other, along with their commitment and soft romantic side.

The reception was a high-energy, love-filled affair, with a divine wedding cake by Aimee’s Cakes, and fireworks provided by the talented team at Abracadabra Events.

Making the most of twilight, Hayley and Steve enjoyed a few quiet moments together by the lake to reflect on their day together and what they share together.
