First Dance with Your Child

What better way to make your wedding day even more special by including those most important to you and having your first dance with children as part of the magical moment.

That first dance with children joining you is another way of adding that “awwwwwww” moment to your wedding celebrations and we know, because we have been lucky enough to witness it right here at Ballara Receptions.

A first dance with children included is something that Tahlia and Josh will always remember about their wedding day here at Ballara Receptions. We absolutely loved their first dance especially when little Jacob joined in!

Capturing that moment is something they will have to look back on for many years to come, and was done so by Tamara Little Photography.

Having kids, especially your own, at the wedding can add an extra element of magic to what is already a momentous occasion.

Every wedding we have here at Ballara Receptions is special and memorable in its own way. To the outsider, they may all seem the same, but to our team every wedding leaves behind a lasting impression. With Tahlia and Josh’s day, there were so many things that stood out.

Tahlia shone in her beautiful dress and tiara, with a special mention of the bow in the veil – we loved it! Not to be outdone by his bride, Josh looked very handsome in a blue suit.

But of course the biggest hit was the boys, Jacob and Patrick did so well walking down the aisle, they stole the show a little bit!

It certainly was a beautiful ceremony, followed by a fun night of celebrations. We know the guests enjoyed themselves, especially snapping memories, because the photo booth was such a hit with young and old. What a night!

  • Entree: Smoked chicken risotto & parmesan and leek Spanish croquettes.
  • Main: Chicken prosciutto with a three-cheese filling with a potato and white bean cassoulet. Slow-cooked roast beef with red wine, mushroom sauce and pave potato.
