Our most recent wedding was a gorgeous affair and a pleasure to host at our elegant wedding venue, on the outer regions of Melbourne. The couple considered different large wedding venues for their big celebration, and we are delighted they chose ours.

Held in the gardens of Ballara Receptions, the bride made her arrival to the ceremony in sleek vintage wedding vehicles. Guests and the groom, in a striking Peter Jackson suit, waited with anticipation. Although little help was needed to make this bride beautiful, she looked particularly stunning in her Werribee House of Brides dress, makeup by Megan Jones and hair by Katie Henson. A stunning bouquet by Florium Creations provided a splash of scarlet to compliment the bridesmaid’s gowns. With so many friends and family in attendance, the couple intentionally chose one of the large wedding venues Melbourne and easily hosted everyone with style and comfort.

Following the ceremony, the couple and guests enjoyed the spectacular weather and lawn games provided by Ballara Receptions. The team at ATEIA Photography and Video managed to capture every moment with stunning, candid shots. As well as beautiful portraits and group pictures, the photography team expertly told a story of the day through images which the couple will be able to enjoy for years to come.

For their ballroom reception, the couple chose gold and white décor lending the space an elegant and opulent feel. Gorgeous table centerpieces by Lillypad Weddings completed the picture. An example of stunning simplicity, Kats Cakes produced a beautiful white wedding cake with floral decorations matching the bouquets. The celebrations continued well into the night thanks to the talents of Le Grand Style DJ’s and it was clear everyone had a smashing good time.
