Diamond/ Prestige Package Suppliers

Ballara Receptions have created the Diamond Package for couples who would like more elements organised through their reception package. We will book these suppliers in for you, details on your included supplier will be released 4 months out from the wedding in your OneDrive folder.

When you come to see us for final arrangements approximately four months before the wedding we go through the details in regards to all the components of the Diamond Package

Flowers:

As part of the package, you have the choice to select which centrepiece style you prefer. For example:

• the 5 arm candelabra,
• the tall towers,
• single candlestick

These all come with a mix of greenery and your choice of accent colour flowers. You can organise this all through Ballara at your final arrangements appointment, or you are welcome to go directly to the florist if you wish to customise your colours or design further. Some couples also like to do hanging installations, fresh flowers for the ceremony, fresh rose petals for group photos etc which can all be organised through the florist too.

Wedding Cake:

You will get to personalise the design of the cake by selecting:

• shape (e.g. round or square cake),
• flavours (e.g. a different flavour on each tier or all the same),
• icing (e.g. fondant, buttercream, ganache, naked finish etc),
• decorations (e.g. a colour trim to match your flowers/colour scheme, or a string of pearls or sparkly diamantes).

You are welcome to customise the design, add additional tiers or style items and pay the difference directly to the cake company. You can do the appointments via email or in person at their design studio.

We will then organise the delivery and set up of your cake. We will have a cake box for the top tier if you wish to save it and will have cake bags available for guests too.
