What Ballara Offers
Ballara runs the ceremony, grounds, reception, planning and food as one package, not several separate bookings.
1. The Room Is Already Set: Linen, napkins, table numbers, centrepieces, cross-back chairs and full table settings are included. Place cards, favours and styling items are put out for you rather than handed over for you to arrange. The cake is cut and served with tea and coffee, and a fresh floral arrangement is placed on the main table.
2. One Wedding, One Estate: Only one wedding runs at a time, so there’s no second bridal party in your photos and no competition for car spaces. The team’s full attention is on your event from the first guest’s arrival to the last.
3. A Concierge and a Function Manager: You’re assigned both a personal concierge and a function manager, who work across your run sheet from initial enquiry through to the final invoice. You won’t need to re-explain your wedding to someone who understands each time you call.
4. Ceremony and Reception on the Same Grounds: Vows in the chapel or gardens, portraits by the lake, then the ballroom. Guests walk between each space rather than driving, so there’s no gap or convoy between the ceremony ending and drinks starting.
5. A Kitchen That Adjusts: Plated dinners, shared feasts or cocktail service, built around your guest count. The beverage package runs for the full reception, and champagne cocktails or mocktails can open the evening before guests are seated.

From the very start of the process, from arranging meetings, to organising the last minute details, there was sense of efficiency and professionalism in their communication. Ballara truly listened with attention and care to our wishes and offered expert suggestion to what would best bring our vision into reality. Their adaptability to accommodate our needs and requests (even alterations on the day itself) were first-class and really contributed towards the event being received so well by guests.
We felt safe with Popy and the team directing operations and, in hindsight, wouldn’t have entrusted anyone else to realise our dream.
From our initial tour, to the food tastings and expo days and finally to our big day, we have loved visiting and coming to Ballara every time.
Tanya, Christine and Popy have been incredible to be in contact with, no question is a silly question and they made us so secure knowing that they are experts at what they do and that they will ensure our day is perfect!

Hannah even came and assisted with bustling my dress before the reception! Hannah was such a gem and my genuine highlight of Ballara and their commitment to our weddings.
Finally, every single guest could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and how much they also loved all the photo opportunities! The garden was so perfect and everyone loved it.

I was given Aleisha as my coordinator for the wedding day, and she was an absolute gem. I was so blessed to have her and concierge Hannah by our side. They made sure everything ran smoothly, were so professional and understanding, and handled the day with such care. Aleisha even allowed my husband and I to dance a little overtime because of all our reception surprises and photos, she truly made me so happy.
I cannot recommend this venue enough. I would get married again next week if I could😂 We loved them! A true 10/10 venue, team and overall experience!
