Twilight Wedding Reception
A touch of magic filled the air as Phil and Ashlee shared and cemented their love before family and friends for their beautiful twilight wedding reception in the grounds of Ballara Wedding Venues.
What better time of day for a celebration than with a twilight wedding reception to make the most of the fading colours of the day. There’s something mystical taking place when the sun disappears and the dark starts to creep across the sky.
For Phil and Ashlee, watching the shadows cast across the garden during their twilight wedding reception, was the perfect opportunity to capture some golden photo memories underneath the gazebo and in the archway of our quaint and picturesque chapel.
Their love and happiness shone and sparkled just as much as the lights around them.
Phil and Ashlee – married at last!
It’s not often you find an amazing couple who love to inject humour into their special day.
But Phil and Ashlee certainly brought a touch of laughter into their vows, which were very sweet, loving and funny.
Phil managed to pull off a pirate impression, while Ashlee chose to change a line during the ring vows – “I promise I will always be right…by your side” – producing a round of laughter from their guests.
Every fun and touching moment they shared together is something they will be able to look back on in years to come.
It was all captured thanks to the talented skills of their wedding photographer and videographer at Ateia Photography
Style, glamour and a bit of grace are just a few words to describe the amazing wedding car these two chose for their day.
Everyone deserves to be chauffeur driven in a cool car for their special day.
Plus they definitely add another element to your photos and treasured memories to look back on when anniversaries roll around.
Who could forget that wedding dress?!
Ashlee was a vision in white and looked every inch the beautiful bride.
With a stunning lace detailed train and sheer back, this gorgeous wedding dress was perfect for Ashlee.
Don’t forget the boys!
It was a tear-inducing “awwwww” moment for everyone when the father of the bride stopped at the back pews and removed her veil before Ashlee made her way down to her soon-to-be husband.
Far from outdoing the bride, but Phil and his sidekicks certainly kept in with the colour of the day – blue and grey.
Phil cut a dashing figure in his navy blue suit, while his groomsmen looked demure in a soft grey number.
