We have a range of hire items that we can source for your wedding day. You can organise these though Ballara Receptions at your Final Arrangements Appointment and Ballara will book your selected items and organise the set up and pack down. Pay for the items as part of your final invoice with Ballara without delivery fees, and put yourself at ease with your wedding planning.
Welcome Signage
To set the mood for your guests before they even enter the premises, Ballara Receptions has welcome signage posts for your to display at the entry.
We have a set of two welcome signage posts on monochrome frames. Choose from these two phrases:

The signs are $100 each.
Ceremony Gazebo Flowers
Ceremony gazebo flowers are perfect for framing the shot, or adding a beautiful frame to your perfect moment. This garland of artificial white flowers and greenery are attached across the front of the gazebo. Our ceremony gazebo flowers are priced at $150.
Ceremony Gazebo Flowers and Draping
If you want to take your ceremony gazebo flowers a little further, try combining it with a beautiful fabric draping to truly complete that look. While the ceremony gazebo flowers are a great way to provide a simple frame for you and your partner in the gazebo, drapery can ensure that all the focus is on you. You don’t have to worry about what’s going on in the background, especially in an outdoor setting.
The ceremony gazebo flowers are made of artificial white flowers and greenery. With this package deal, they will be displayed across the front of the gazebo, and white fabric draping accentuates the front sides of the scene.
Ceremony gazebo flowers and draping can be hired at $200.
Mesh Circle and Neon Signs
Looking for a way to stand out during the reception and photography sessions? Look no further than the mesh circle and neon signs on offer as hire items by Ballara Receptions. You have a couple of options when considering these hire items:
- Plain mesh wall: only one is available, in white, at $175. It can come with or without white and green artificial flowers.
- Neon sign: $190 each, with two different phrases to choose from. You can either choose to have your neon sign say “Better Together” or “All You Need Is Love“.
Alternatively, you can organise your own fresh flowers to be set up by your own florist on the wedding day if you wish. Pictured to the left are example photos with pink/red flowers.
Little Ballara Bar Cart
The Little Ballara Cart
Is included as a front bar on the veranda to serve predinner drinks if you have 101 or more guests along with the normal bar in the foyer.
If you have 100 or less guests, you can add the drinks cart to serve pre dinner drinks at a cost of $250.
This covers set up & staff service for the pre-dinner drink period.
The standard beverage package is served during this time.
If you add a drinks tab during the gap time there is no additional charge to have drinks served from the bar cart during this time.
Drinks are served at bar prices and charged to your nominated card.
Photobooth Packages
Photobooth Package
Includes:
Photobooth Booth with high resolution Canon camera and studio light dish
GIF – the 3 photos taken will be turned into a GIF
QR code – guests can select the QR button so they can instantly access their
photos/GIF
Props – a range of props are included in your package
Personalised photo strips – prints 2 strips so one for the guest to keep and one for the guest to add to your guest book. 3 layout designs for you to select from
Backdrop – white curtain with option to add on mesh circle $175
Donut Wall
Ballara Receptions lets you have a unique reception hire item with our donut wall.
The donut wall is perfect for a quick snack, and is a great hire item for guests and celebrants looking for a sweet treat when the celebration is in full swing. The donut wall can hold 36 donuts, with the couple supplying the donuts while Ballara sets up the wall itself.
This hire item is priced at $75, and includes the donut wall and easel only.
Lolly Jars
Lolly jars are perfect for those feeling a little peckish or needing a small burst of sugar-fuelled energy to keep the celebration going. Often, couples also use personalised lollies and candy to tie the theme together. As such, we expect the couples to supply the lollies, lolly bags or lolly boxes. Ballara will set up the trestle table with white linen to draw further attention to the colourful treats on the table.
This set of lolly jars supplied by Ballara Receptions is an assorted set and cannot be individually selected. The entire set is available for hire for $100.
Additional Hire Items
These hire items are included in the Diamond Package but are available for hire in all of the other packages. You organise these though Ballara at your Final Arrangements Appointment.
Lawn Games
Keep your guests entertained with lawn games supplied by Ballara. This is particularly applicable to the end of ceremony time/canape time. Guests can enjoy a range of lawn games including:
- Giant Jenga
- Naughts and Crosses
- Quiots
- Corn Holes
- Dominos
and more!
Ballara Reception charges $150 for the range of games.
Wishing Well
Wishing Wells are typically used to collect cards from guests during the reception. The contents are emptied and taken home by your representative at the end of the reception. You have a choice between the white well, acrylic box or birdcage.
Wishing Wells are hire items priced at $50.
Table Menus
There’s no better way to tie the entire ceremony together than with an equally special selection and presentation of food during the reception. Ballara Receptions offers personalised table menus that come with your names, the wedding date, and the selected food and beverages. Ensure that your guests are aware of the menu items, and give them the choices you made during the wedding planning process.
The table menus are $5 per table, with one acrylic table menu per table provided.
